Terms & Conditions

These terms cover your use of Tennis Flex League. By creating an account you agree to them. If anything here doesn't work for you, please reach out before signing up — see Contact below.

Last updated: August 9, 2026.

What the League Is

Tennis Flex League is a self-organized recreational league. Members arrange their own matches, choose their own venues, and report their own scores — there is no organizer present at any match, and no venue is provided or inspected by the league. See the League Rules for how scheduling, scoring, and standings work.

Your Account
  • You must provide accurate name and contact information, and keep it current.
  • You're responsible for anything done through your account, including keeping your password confidential.
  • Accounts are for individual members, not shared or transferred.
  • Sign-up may require an invitation from a current member while the league is invite-only.
Assumption of Risk

Tennis is a physical activity with an inherent risk of injury — to yourself, from strain, falls, or contact with the ball or racquet, and, at shared courts, from other players or the condition of the facility. By playing in matches arranged through this league, you voluntarily assume that risk.

The league does not supervise matches, select or inspect venues, or verify any member's stated skill level or health. You're responsible for your own fitness to play, for choosing a venue you consider safe, and for your own equipment. To the extent permitted by law, the league, its administrators, and other members are not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from a match arranged through the app.

Conduct & Results
  • Treat other members with respect, on and off the court. Harassment or abusive behavior toward another member is grounds for suspension.
  • Report match scores honestly and promptly. Scores you report are visible to your opponent and factor into standings and ratings once confirmed — see the Rules for how confirmation works.
  • Repeated disputed, inaccurate, or unreported results may be reviewed by an admin and can affect your standing in the league.
Your Information

We collect what running a self-scheduled league requires: your name, email, phone number, NTRP rating, availability, venue preferences, and your match history and results.

  • Other members can see your contact details (such as phone number) while you share an active rating group with them — that's how they reach you to schedule a match. This access ends once you're no longer in the same active group.
  • Your name, match results, and standings are visible to other members and, for league and standings pages, to visitors browsing without an account.
  • We use your email to send match and account notifications (scheduling, confirmation requests, disputes). We don't sell your information or share it outside the league.
  • You can update or remove your information by editing your profile, or by contacting an admin to close your account.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any member's self-reported rating, availability, or conduct is accurate. To the extent permitted by law, the league and its administrators aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or participation in a match arranged through it.

Suspension & Termination

An admin may suspend or remove an account for conduct that violates these terms or the League Rules, including harassment of another member or repeated dishonest score reporting. You may ask an admin to close your account at any time.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the league grows. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the update.
